CONTRAINDICATIONS

Breathwork is not appropriate for individuals with a history of severe mental illness, bi-polar disorder, cardio-vascular problems, severe hypertension, glaucoma, epilepsy, or pregnancy. Any planned social activities or alcohol immediately preceding or following the two day workshop are not advisable.

Bring:
Pad, sleeping bag, or mat (for the breathwork)
Blanket and pillow
Journal, Bottled Water
Picture or artifact for altar
Snacks provided: $15 for the weekend
Lunch on your own Saturday

Wear:
Loose, comfortable clothing for sitting and lying on the floor
